Though neither one has pulled the final plug on their marriage just yet, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have signed papers mapping out the stipulations of their possible divorce. According to TMZ.com, both Sheen and Mueller, who have been living separately since Sheen was arrested on a domestic violence charge Christmas morning, have put their John Hancock on a 43-page document detailing what will happen in the event that they divorce. According to the docs, the couple will split joint legal custody of their twin sons Max and Bob, 14 months. Mueller will get primary physical custody with Sheen seeing them every other weekend. Another thing Mueller made very clear: She will not get less child support than Sheen's other ex Denise Richards, who he has two daughters with. The signed papers say the mom will get $55,000 a month in child support, plus various other expenses, but, according to the docs, "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola." Mueller waived spousal support but will still be getting plenty of cash from the couple's numerous bank accounts. At the end of the document, Mueller agreed "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." For his part, Charlie agrees not to talk about his estranged wife's alleged drug use. These documents have not yet been filed in court, but it seems to us that a lot of effort has been made to clearly sort out the details. Though neither one has pulled the final plug on their marriage just yet, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have signed papers mapping out the stipulations of their possible divorce. According to TMZ.com, both Sheen and Mueller, who have been living separately since Sheen was arrested on a domestic violence charge Christmas morning, have put their John Hancock on a 43-page document detailing what will happen in the event that they divorce. According to the docs, the couple will split joint legal custody of their twin sons Max and Bob, 14 months. Mueller will get primary physical custody with Sheen seeing them every other weekend. Another thing Mueller made very clear: She will not get less child support than Sheen's other ex Denise Richards, who he has two daughters with. The signed papers say the mom will get $55,000 a month in child support, plus various other expenses, but, according to the docs, "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola." Mueller waived spousal support but will still be getting plenty of cash from the couple's numerous bank accounts. At the end of the document, Mueller agreed "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." For his part, Charlie agrees not to talk about his estranged wife's alleged drug use. These documents have not yet been filed in court, but it seems to us that a lot of effort has been made to clearly sort out the details. TMZ has obtained documents pertaining to the possibly-happening divorce of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller. The 41 page document outlines some of the ways that assets will be split. Brooke will get several bank accounts, a $1 million payout for her share of their house, about $700,000 in a lump sum, and 50% of the money they received for selling baby pics to Getty images. In addition to that, Brooke will receive $55,000 per month in child support and a clause in the paperwork says that she will never receive less than what Denise Richards is paid in support. Also, there is additional language that prevents them from ever airing any dirty laundry: "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." For his part, Charlie agrees not to talk about Brooke's alleged drug use. They are also not allowed to talk badly of each other in front of their children. TMZ also notes that Charlie has a watch collection valued at over $5 MILLION dollars that he will retain in the divorce. WATCHES worth $5 MILLION? Wow! What do you think of the agreement?
